  8. fitbeliever:

Everyone should do the math out with his/her own weightloss. It’s quite simple and easy to do, and it really helps to show your projected progress.
The ABC Diet though: Yes, theoretically you could lose at least 3 lbs a week on it. However, it is important to note that WITHIN 20 DAYS OF DOING THIS DIET, YOUR METABOLISM WILL BE INJURED SO SEVERELY THAT YOU MAY STOP LOSING AT ALL. So, the ABC diet is unrealistic, works only for 1-1.5 weeks, and you simply should not try it. It just isn’t healthy.

  9. An update

So i haven’t actually started anything fitness or diet, but i have started the positive outlook on life. Today is my start date. I have been eating so horrible lately. I haven’t worked out for more than a week. THIS CHANGES NOW!

I am currently at work right now, i started at 5:15am :( sad i know! but i weighed in on the scale here and i am at 185lbs. This is actually a good start for me. Honestly, when i was in high school I weighed in at 200lbs+ which is really horrible. Right now I am sitting at my desk drinking tea. I haven’t had anything to eat yet, but I will later on at around 9am. Me and my bf have been sick since New years Eve/Day. Right now, my nose is a little stuffy and my throat is irritated. Hope to get better soon, so I can put 110% into a better and healthier me!

CANT BE LAZY! LETS DO THIS!! :)
